Vikram's wife Shilaja initiated the move and the fans followed suit. Shilaja selected the poor children, who suffered from heart sickness. Vikram, along with his wife and fans, spent some quality time with the children. The outstanding actor, who keeps on doing something different on screen, is trying to make a difference in his real life as well.
